While many other stores have a full website, and knowledgeable staff; the limit here is a paper sheet with a list. That's it. Like it's 2017 again. They don't carry large packs of brands which many other cannabis stores do, so instead if you want 12, you spend $100, instead of $60. So instead I bought a pack of 3 and will make all other purchases, pretty much anywhere else who sells multipacks. I'm not going to increase your bottom line by buying more expensive packs, but instead reduce my overall spending to 25% of my overall expected spending. That should be a clear indication of your needed investment to increase both your value added services, your store hours on your website and providing updated inventory and information for the betterment of the customer experience.
Not everyone wants to sign up for social media either; sure as heck don't need that when buying alcohol; so this store is basic 1 star, like your local at home dealers.
If you plan to go there; not knowing if they are available without calling first; and only know what they have in person; they have not adjusted added value, or enhanced the experience beyond local dealer vs. professional storefront location.
Highest prices of any cannabis store in the city. I go there because its the only weed store close to home, but I would rather buy my weed from literally anywhere else.
Can't fully speak on other products, but flower prices are insane here, 32$ for the cheapest 3.5 grams?!?! Cheapest ounce around 85-90 when they're 55-60 at other spots for the same thing walked in, had a good laugh, walked right back out
Best vape carts, customer service and recommendations! I loved the store ambience.
The staff member who I dealt with had almost zero training on their system and couldn't process my gift certificate. Rather than admit they didn't yet know how to process Loft gift certificates as forms of payment, they tried to pretend like I wasn't allowed to use my Loft gift certificate at this Loft store. I ended up having to go to their Mayland Heights locstion instead, of which their sales rep processed the payment within 12 seconds of me presenting it.
