I was told that the beard on my photo ID threw him off and he refused to sell to me. Meanwhile am probably older than the budtender. Super disappointing, used to be rooting for this place to take off but now its just bad selection AND bad service.
Lily helped me out today. Kind and very informative. Exceptional customer service! Complete treasure you have there! Also, the prices are great as well. Only great things can be said about this store!

Typically, I would give any Four20 five stars but I find this location always makes me feel awkward. I don't feel as welcomed and I'll usually avoid this place and go to the one in Sylvan.
Most times, I'm greeted with a smile and asked immediately if I need help looking for anything, unless the staff is helping another customer at the time of course.
Today it felt like I was a kid sneaking into class late as I walked into the store and had peering eyes at me from the girl behind the till and the customer on the otherside. And this feeling is a regular occurence even with other staff.
From there I'm usually approached and asked what I'm looking for, which leads to them giving suggestions.
The girl working today came over and quietly asked me a question I missed but I assumed she asked if I needed help looking for anything. I told her what I was looking for and she proceeded to stand there and simply wait for me to tell her what to grab from the cabinet. I don't necessarily need suggestions but this made me feel pressured to be quick about my choice as she lingered awkwardly.
Now at the register, not just at Four20 but pretty much ANY weed store, you get asked if you're a member or an insider, etc. And Four20 staff will deligently ask that without skipping a beat, at least all other staff have in my experience. If they don't it's because they know my name and don't need to ask.
Today the girl working there didn't even bother until I mentioned it on my own.

Staff are all very informative and friendly. Normal prices and sale prices are better than average. Keep up the great work. ðŸ‘
