Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

GREAT STAFF HOWEVER the fact that this location there prices are higher then their others and all prices for the same product "varies" with the same company based on location is completely ridiculous in my opinion considering there policy is customer satisfaction lmao so I'm paying
more so the same thing I bought a day prior 10 mins down the road same company !!! it's like going to McDonald's buying a big Mac from a different location each time yet their prices are completely different for the same big Mac…SMH THAT MAKES ME MAD also I'm constantly waiting at the door for like 5 mins to come in and it's not even busy lol only have that issue with this location
A year later and still awful service. Wait 5 minutes to be let into the weed store, then same employee says there's a wait since there's 2 others in the store and disappears into the back room 😅 to let the one employee have at er. This store only I don't get it lol
Edit - this most definitely happened at the fairway Rd store - the same one where I was already engaged with staff to purchase an item then was abruptly pushed aside as the item the person BEHIND ME IN LINE was given the right of way since his item was brought to the counter. Just insane lol yep fairway Rd.
I came in with a set amount of cash td and a vague request. Jess heard me, swiftly disappeared, by the time I noticed, she re emerged, she was already telling me that what I want was waiting for me at the counter. It was 2x quantity I expected and upon review, 2x quality of flower I would have settled for. It is so uncommon to find this kind of customer service, where they take the time to anticipate each customers' best option(s). No matter your price range the service is superior, and I really can't say more about the positive experience I had today … shout out to new manager Aaron, for supporting the already wonderful staff that works here
Entered the store and had to wait...I had my ID ready to be checked. An employee came and reprimanded me for trying to get someones attention (despite waiting 5 minutes), as the line was steadily growing. I fully understand the ID policy. This individual could have at least delivered her message in a less condesending tone.
Friendliest staff, never feel rushed, price is right and Nate is always on point for recommendations if I don't already know what I want. I mean all the bud tenders are very helpful, but he's my favourite 🙈ðŸ˜ðŸ¤“
