While shopping a few days ago I went in and was treated like air while the 3 employees had a jovial conversation it was about 5 minutes before I was properly served kinda Wonder where's the work ethic! If there's nobody in store sure chat and share vids ext but when the customer walks in put your professional attitude on please.
Went into the shop and asked for high quality flower with a good trim job, dense nugs and good flavors etc. All the people working could do was point to the THC% and didn't know much else about the product. Since they didn't know much I just asked for 3.5 grams of the best they had. Paid 38 dollars for dried out poorly trimmed flower. Poor quality flower and poorly trained staff and overpriced.
Friendly staff. Good place to shop.
Very good prices; very good staff. The only issue I have is that the website sometimes works or takes me to a dangerous server. I like to see what the location offers before going or calling for nothing. I like to know what I want, walk into the store and go straight to the counter, get what my product and leave the store as soon as possible. Sometimes the website isn't accurate and the staff at this location are honestly. AMAZING.
Great work guys implementing the discount for senior citizens. It is definitely appreciated as is, but would likely increase WEB SALES if it were available through your website.
