I went in last week. We bought a vape battery. The service was brutal. The person was not knowledgeable regarding product or their legal responsibilities when serving a customer. Leaving the store, we thanked them with no reply or thank you reciprocated. Wow!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dispensary due to the rude behaviour from the cashier working last night. From the moment I approached the counter, she was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of offering helpful suggestions or engaging in friendly conversation, they were curt and seemed bothered by my presence. It was rude. I needed help finding a strain, and instead of helping me, she made me feel awkward and judged. It completely ruined what should have been an easygoing, chill experience. I just moved to the area, so naturally, I thought I'd give this place a whirl... I won't be returning purely because of her. I just left secret garden and recommend them instead.

Edit: Was in the area again and stopped at their competitor Secret Garden...which is very close. What an amazing experience. I HIGHLY recommend it over this spot. No comparison . And don't respond asking for feed back via email, did that and you ignored me. This stores manager doesn't know how to run a store and to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if this was shut down soon. The manager asks for feedback but doesn't act on said feedback. 100% garbage management. Costs are higher than other stores in the area. My advice is to avoid this Tokyo Smoke location if at all possible. Over 10% of the reviews are 1 star.

Lived beside this store for years. Employees and product is good but they ALWAYS close at 10:30-10:45 which is complete false advertising. Constantly waste time as sign says till 11pm but luckily dispensary beside them is open till 11pm. The lcbo does close early. Nor metros. I was a manager at food basics and it's normal for staff to close and leave 30 minutes after closing time.
