So, I ordered from this place a couple times a year or 2 ago. Both times the delivery was over 2 hours and the one time I ordered a strain that I had bought from other sources before and I could tell it wasn't the same nor was it as potent. Needless to say, I stopped ordering from them. Yesterday, I received a text from them advertising a sale. I asked to be taken off their call list, as I haven't used them in a long time and told them why. She told me that they were under new management and offered to rectify it by giving me free stuff. This was at 10 am. I told her that was off at 8, she said the driver would be there8 sharp.i texted at 7:45 to tell her I was home and she tells me that the driver is busy and they'll add credit to my account and all this b.s! I told her not to bothe and take me off her call list, I'm not interested. The whole reason I stopped going to them was their terrible service, I gave them a chance to rectify it and they had 8 hours to make sure it actually SHOWED UP and they can't even handle that. Very unprofessional, no difference from the old management at all.

Left standing at the door for an extended period of time with no one who would let me in passed the entry. I get you have one other customer in the store that you're helping, but a simple "excuse me while I let this person in" would have done the trick so that no one is left feeling ignored. I walked out, I'll take my business else where. With all the dispensaries popping up, the only way you'll separate yourself is by offering better service.
