Always love going to this store, best cannabis store in Niagara. Has recently went down hill with some of the new staff. When I went in the other day I over heard a couple of the girls talking about the last person they helped in the store in a very rude way. Recently met Rose and gets offended if you call her Rosie so look out 🤣 Made it very awkward for me when I was trying to be polite. Try to help people in store before the dogs, often have to wait in line the while girls are busy giving dog treats away. They usually help the dogs before the paying customers

I think it's ridiculous that your delivery drivers don't carry any change. I just had to give a $20 tip because she had no change. Talk about taking advantage of people's kindness!

Awful customer service, I was racially discriminated, the guy who serves is completely rude, he treats other "white" customers very kindly and he treated me very rudely, if you take your time to choose, he makes passive-aggressive comments about how you are wasting his time, he even threatened to call the police for confronting him about his rude attitude, definitely a bad experience, it's not a pleasent environment, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Jessica was wonderful. She was so kind and patient with us as we are fairly new to the experience. She helped us navigate everything and also gave us great recommendations for wineries near by! Would 10/10 recommend coming here! Wonderful service and products!
