I went to the True North Cannabis Co on 960 King St. E Preston ( Cambridge ) today for the first time and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and got me exactly what I wanted and I was there in under 10 mins, probably closer to 5 minutes. They also asked me if I wanted to open a loyalty account ( I'm assuming a point system ) , but I was in a hurry and said I'd open one next time I was in. All in all a positive experience for someone who's not a huge fan of people and leaving the house lol.
I've been coming here since the day I turned 19, I'm now 20 about to be 21. The customer service has always been amazing, their pet friendly (love the dogs) and they have great recommendations. They've helped me a ton with good selection and great prices. Thank you True North!

I was in this store a few days ago. I'm from out of town. The sales girl with purple hair was fantastic she answered any questions I had about products. I will definitely be back!
I go here at least twice a week. The manager is so awesome (Hayden) He always goes above and beyond. If they run out of a product he always calls other stores to see if they have the product there. Great customer service 10/10
