When I went into this store, the guy I spoke to was friendly, I had government approved id and he was happy to show me the menu. My GF who is 40, did not have id on her and asked if she could wait in store while I made a purchase. He said that was "No problem ". Once I had picked a strain to buy he mentioned that he thought he could smell alcohol on my breath, and so could not serve me... and having just come from the Roxy Theater where I had 2 ciders (while watching the play "Seven Stories"), I indicated that I understood. During these interactions, not once did he ask me to leave, but he then said he "had asked me to leave 3-4 times". Had he asked me to leave even once, I'd have graciously left... this incident happened on camera and I hope his boss reviews the footage... the 1st time he actually asked me to leave was AS I was walking out the door. My only issue is that he lied during our conversation saying he had previously requested my departure, and threatened to call the police, when I was trying to communicate that I FULLY understood. As an educated addiction counselor (McMaster), I am of the opinion that this employee did not need to embellish or lie regarding what had been said. The fact is, as I know the footage would show, is that I was already at the exit the first time I was asked to leave. I regret calling him an A-hole as I walked out, but pretending he had voiced the desire for me to leave the store previously, and the needless threat of involving ..
Manager is ignorant, absolutely no people, skills, no customer service skills, no respect, and no dignity towards their cut customers. I had an issue over a year ago, this man got no trespassing order put on me for no reason, as there's not one necessary. I went in after the year, and he screamed "bye Felicia" because I refused to give him my service and he didn't want to look ignorant. I encourage you to train your management properly, before the police end up there for the harassment I've encountered, I'm gonna start going in there with a video camera

Absolutely terrible!
Terrible service, nothing in stock, uneducated employees who think they know everything. But keep telling their customers incorrect information.
Also been going in for weeks only to be told over and over they don't have 9 of 10 things I list off

And impossible to have a conversation with because your opinion or thoughts don't matter because they know everything.
At least try to properly educate and not belittle your customers
