I've been a regular at this location for the past three to four years. Many of the employees are great. However, I've repeatedly had odd to now a very off-putting experience with one of the employees. I'm leaving this review so that the owners are aware perhaps workers, just the one really, at this location could use extra training customer service. I will continue to shop with Tokyo Smoke, but at a different location. To be clear, I've had no issues with the products or with any other staff—just this one employee, who makes the experience at this particular store very, very uncomfortable.

Finished working my shift and rushed over, arrived 5 minutes before closing and store employee shook her head through the window and locked the door. I know it's late, but if your store says open until 11 please stay open until 11. Will be shopping elsewhere moving forward.

These types of shops seem to be popping up everywhere these days. While the products often offer comparable quality, variety, and price, what sets this Tokyo Smoke location apart is the exceptional service. The staff is incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always willing to patiently guide me through the flower options and answer all my questions. I also appreciate their Friday discount for veterans. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Katie for embodying all of these qualities. Thanks a million, Katie. You're the best!
