Didn't really like the lil' big girl attitude, but Tony (sp.?) a real one. He's a real nice guy, looks out for his customers any way you can! I don't like the whole buzzing concept… reminds me of 2015/16 days, thought we were way past that.

Horrible Experience. There are so many dispensaries near by this one with much better customer service. The door is locked..they make you ring a door bell to enter. You are selling quid its not a trap house get over yourselves. Staff are intolerant and have zero customer service. Make up own rules on what I.D's to accept refusing Gov I.D/Ontario that get accepted at the LCBO and everywhere else even loans lol. I would say get rid of the staff with the 90s police spike strip in their face but I am never going to any Canna Cabana ever again let them nuke the brand. Save yourself the trouble and walk 2 mins down Yonge St to the next dispen.

I have been coming here for 2 years and have recieved horrible service multiple times here. Ppl don't like a Canadian flag when they see it. Today at 5:25 was the final straw. A young lady working was super rude and short with me while serving me and not being welcoming at all. She then did her best to turn it all in me and of course every single staff member took her side. I used to come here every week to grab an oz of wee. Never coming back here again. She was the only female on duty at 5:25. And as a public server cause I can't find anywhere to complain in person except to the ppl who served me......
