My husband and I live an hour outside of Sudbury in a rural area. We come to town every 2-3 weeks for supplies. Canna Cabanna is always our last stop. We stopped in shortly after the new Year to purchase our pre rolls. We like to try new stuff so we asked what they had in the line of sativa pre-rolls that was new. A selection of 3 was offered to us so the budtender rang us up, put our stuff in a bag and off we went back home only to find out that the bud tender had given us a 510 cartridge instead of pre-rolls. We dont vape so on our next trip to town (10 days later) we tried to exchange it for the pre-rolls we originally asked for. The manager was quick to shut my husband down and tell him that because he left the store that the government wouldn't allow a refund or exchange. I call malarkey on this. The budtender is the one that chose, bagged and rang up the item, not my husband. It seems by looking at reviews that the manager likes to make excuses and point fingers back at the customer instead of trying to better his store. We won't be returning and if we can help it we will deter others from returning as well. There's a dispensary on every corner these days so customer service is vital in keeping a good business going. If I could give zero stars I would. Do better Canna Cabanna Sudbury... Update to their response: No, it was 10 days not a month. We brought the receipt with us and I actually was with him for the initial purchase so Mr. Manager is wrong again. M ..
