As a regular customer and member of Fire & Flower, I have always appreciated the convenience and quality of their products. However, today I encountered an extremely disappointing situation that left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
This morning, I visited the store during their usual business hours, only to find that they were restocking. While I understand that restocking is necessary, there was no closure board displayed, and the store's Google listing indicated that it was open.
As I entered the store, a store employee with long hair approached me and abruptly stated, "Get out of my store, we are closed." This rude and dismissive manner was completely unacceptable and left me feeling shocked and humiliated.
I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from any other establishment in Canada. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the circumstances.
I hope that Fire & Flower will take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that their employees are trained to provide excellent customer service at all times.
