I was happy with the service and supported the store for years .First time I ran into a problem with the product. They said to go directly to the supplier to make a complaint but they should've exchanged the product. I will never bring my business here again! Very disappointed in the response as a long time customer. Furthermore when I went to one of their competitors they told me they would have made an exchange/replacement.That is called customer service.
