Bought a 4 pack of prerolls, only contained 2.
Usually VERY good products and excellent staff. But disappointing service and product from them lately. Lack of customer service to resolve a faulty product ive been sold is unacceptable, i don't care what your "regulations" are. Your excuses for taking money from customers, giving them something unusable and then telling them "there is nothing we can do" is not JUST lazy, its stealing from the customer. This practice needs to be adressed considering it should not be legal... Replace or refund the product OR don't run a business if you can't be bothered to be decent to paying customers, nobody wants to waste their hard earned money on something and then be told: "yeah you bought a faulty product but you are stuck with it and you are out x amount of money."
Great staff great service
Staff are always so eager to help and super nice. They also have made some awesome work friendships with repeat customers and know when its me or my spouse calling or coming in which makes my customer experience so nice a personal 💕
