I pretty much know what I want going in but the guides do help filter out products not suited to you. The ounces are on the high side as far as price and notice they went up to in price. The guides are starting to list the terpenes which is good. Only the manufacturers aren't following suit and labeling all packaging. You pretty much get what you pay for. One drawback is there's no refunds on anything opened really. I don't see many smell containers where you can actually smell the product due to hygiene issues I guess. But it would be really nice to smell what you buy before you buy it. Overall great staff. There are some really good staff members that know all about everything in the store. There's a high turnover at the store I find so sometimes you get a guide that doesn't know anything really. But it's all part of the learning process and there's a great team there to support them.
