It was a great experience. Last Friday i visited store and Amit working there who helped me find what i am looking also sign me up for Elite membership. It helps me to save lot of money. Great customer service and great knowledge. Recommend everyone to visit
I will never return to this location. The staff does not understand simple requests. After requesting 7 grams the employee sold me 5 grams for more than what he said it would be and he refused to allow me to see the package prior to purchase. They are liars and do not have quality sales practices. Passing by this location to go to the River Ave location is well worth the extra drive or bus ride. Friendly staff that know what they are doing and is there to provide quality service at the River Ave location but not at the pembina location. As well, ignore the star, Google won't let you leave a zero star review. This place gets zero stars.
I was just at this location, asked 2 employees for a concentrate recommendation, one employee said "you can smoke them" and the other just stared at me. Left and went to the river ave location. Those staff at least know how to form a basic sentence and don't stare at me uncomfortably like I'm just meat in a crop top.
I'm very surprised to have a poor customer service interaction with a rude cashier. He was taking extraordinarily long with the customer before me so I sat down on a stool in the store. He go upset saying it was for staff only. He was annoyed I was I the next customer. My friend asked for a product she was looking for and he said "I have never seen or heard of this product ever." He looked at us with contempt until we left the store. I told he to try to have a nice day and told him he should take a seat. It seems that his MANstration was bothering him. Or maybe he should smoke some weed because most stoners do not have their panties in a knot like this man did.
