It's surprising to see positive reviews for this store when there are two other options in town that offer identical pricing with superior product quality and service. One particular employee applies ID checks selectively and exhibits clear bias in how he interacts with customers. His confrontational attitude and unsolicited remarks create an unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Hardly the standard for quality customer service. This establishment has been in decline for years, and unfortunately, it shows. A cannabis store should prioritize professionalism, consistency, and a positive customer experience. This one fails on all counts. New customers should be aware of these issues before choosing to shop here. There are far better alternatives in town.

While the selection is satisfactory, increasing the THC percentage of available products would be beneficial. Additionally, implementing a tip jar for budtenders would be a welcome addition. On my recent visits, I received excellent product recommendations and appreciated the staff's extensive knowledge of cannabis strains and their ability to address my needs.
