This place was a 4 star before today. Let me get into it.. A bit over a week ago, I bought a half and an 8th from them. (Wednesday, February 7th around 11 AM) The 8th ended up being packaged 4 yrs ago, in 2020. (Picture provided as evidence) I gave them a courtesy call, to notify them of that fact, so they could take it off the shelves, have the rep buy it back (which they did), or at least notify the customers they're dealing with that they're selling an inferior, extremely old product.
I had no expectations of a refund or anything, but the lady I spoke to assured me she would have the rep replace an 8th for me. She said she'd call me back and let me know what was going on. When she called back on Thursday, February 8th, at 12:39 PM, she told me to be at the dispensary by around 11 AM today, Friday, February 16th.
I showed up approximately 8 minutes early to see staff putting new stock away. She asked me what she could help me with, and I told her I'm there to get the 8th I was promised to be told she didn't know what I'm talking about. So I told her the story, and she cut me off midway to tell me, "Yeah, I know the story.. blahblahblah".. So what is it? You don't know what I'm talking about, or you know the story? Why lie to my face so blatantly?
When I asked her whom I had spoken to on the 8th, she said it was her manager. I asked her to pls call her manager so we could resolve the confusion, and she refused
