Yea your right ok these guys don't know what they're talking about, you'd think uem would hire competent workers.really disappointing DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION
Went in there the other day and was amazed when I asked for the packaging date on one of their flowers. They was still selling 3yr old weed from 2022. I'm sorry but that is outrageous...how on earth are they even allowed to sell that.
Do not go to this location. They're overpriced and the quality is terrible. They'll charge you 10$ for a joint that doesn't even burn. Just drive 5 more minutes to any direction and don't waste your money.
Complete rip off.
Such a bad experience with my friend happened today, as we guys came almost an hour and half driving and got late due to traffic these people do not have the courtesy to re-schedule or talk to her politely, she cried after they spoke with her in such a disrespectful way and told her to go back. What a terrible experience and biggest mistake to come here. The guy with black specs you should know how to speak in a professional manner.
Follow up to the stores response:
Wow a response? Why couldn't you respond to any of my emails regarding your policy? Why was it only after I mentioned going to Consumer Protections BC and the LCRB that you respond to my email with a generic response about refunds, but NOTHING about policy. And now I only get a response when I make a public review? What stellar quality customer service! The General Manager Chris was CC'd on the emails and the one I sent last week, I sent directly to him, but it went unanswered as well. So, when you say "We will follow up with staff to ensure that the correct procedures are followed" the General Manager doesn't seemed to bothered at all to get involved, so your "follow up" just seems like you're trying to placate, and is nothing more than "show" for Google Reviews.
One email advising your policy would've cleared this all up, but for some reason that was too much to ask. So I've filed complaints about your business and it's conduct.

I placed an online order through Dutchie for pickup at UEM Cannabis and paid using my RBC Virtual Visa Debit. When I arrived, I was refused the order despite showing both my government-issued ID and the exact virtual card used (via the RBC app, verified with fingerprint and password).
Staff gave conflicting explanations — first citing a "government policy," then saying it was a "Dutchie policy." No written policy was provided. I was told I'd have to pay again ..
