I went here today and the sales clerk was very rude. He didn't know what he was selling, we asked if this certain product was good he said "I guess , I've tried it " . I also mistakenly got a name of a product incorrectly , and he had a very annoyed tone about it. I would not return to this establishment again.

The product knowledge here from some of the staff is way off they just say random things that have no relation to any of the products they speak of. I've managed shops, and know my products they spew you some bullshit tell you how good it is when the reality is they have no idea what they are talking about lol. Poor management go to Canna Cabana better prices better staff and better product knowledge.

I had a fantastic experience at this store as a first-time customer. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Their pricing is unbeatable, especially with their Happy Hour deals, making it a great budget-friendly option. The store offers a diverse selection of cannabis products, including fresh craft options from BC that are not easily found elsewhere. I highly recommend checking out their FARM to STORE products.
