Was requested to shop else where by an employee (not going to) because she's uncomfortable serving me due to personal reasons. Called to tell management and was told by a male manager that their employee needs to grow up, only to be called and interrupted when telling my concerns to be called immature by there store manager today. If you can't serve the public go to the back for a minute or don't work in customer service.

Going into a weed store can be intimidating if you are new. With the vast menu and all these new terms it's easy to get lost. EXCEPT in situations like today when I came in and had the amazing service provided to me from a lovely blonde lady that made every step approachable and easy. After I said what I was looking for she not only displayed everything that applied but also immediately pointed out what was on sale, alternatives, tips on how to navigate the menu for the future, and her own personal experiences to help me understand what I might like. Absolutely phenomenal experience with some of the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered. Thank you FARM and thank you helpful lady that I didn't get the name of that served me!
