Purchased a vape cartridge from this place that did not work for me. Tried to return and was told only one person could do this and to come back next day. Informed the employee that I was not from vernon and asked what could be done as we had ideas of leaving the same day. Employee told me have a good day and no refund or exchange would be done by him. In the end we stayed another day and did get a replacement and this is only reason I am giving 2 stars. Will not be back.

Staff are always super friendly and willing to answer any questions, and displays are kept clean and appear to be very organized, there is usually very little wait to get in and out with your product. Great experience every time.
