Best shop in town, routinely lose 10-15 extra minutes just hanging out with staff each visit as they are incredible at making patrons feel at home and taken care of. Prices are all clearly marked and the only thing that could possibly dissapoint you is stock running out too fast

1 star Extremely disappointed. I purchased a $50 topical from this business based on their online listing, which showed a white, creamy lotion. What I received was a rock-solid balm that looked nothing like the picture. I've attached comparison photos — it's clearly not the same product. When I brought this to the store's attention, they told me it wasn't their problem. The staff member who helped me was rude and dismissive. Instead of listening, she aggressively jammed her fingers into the product to "prove" it was a balm (which I never asked her to do), then acted like I was stupid for not knowing the difference. I pointed out that the packaging didn't match the online title or image, and she literally said, "I can smell the lavender and mint," as if that excused the false advertising. She said the manager wouldn't allow a refund, and when I asked to exchange for a different product, she laughed and refused. It was clear she cared more about being right than providing any real customer service. I've bought from this store before and the product always matched the online image — but apparently, when it doesn't, it's your fault for believing what you see. Totally unacceptable. If you're going to sell products online, you need to stand by what you advertise. I won't be coming back Update: I was refused a refund and made to feel stupid, even though the product was clearly off—after scraping through the dried layer, I found the white cream it was supposed to be. ..

Always my go-to since they reopened. Kind staff, great selection, and awesome prices. Taxes are included, so you're never shocked when you get to the checkout. Delivery is also great, they're quick and I've never had issues :) I recommend them to anyone who asks, thank you for all that you guys do!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was having a lot of neck pain and the staff member took the time to ask questions so that he could recommend a couple products. I really appreciated that. They have a great variety of products. Will definitely be back!
