I live a block away from the Dollarton Plaza. Signed the petition to support their opening. Shopped there exclusively since they opened. Knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. Purchased some new flower based on staff recommendation. Bud was very dry. Taste was awful. Been smoking for 50 years. So I kinda know what's right. They refused to replace it. After 40 years in retail operations, I have low tolerance for bad service. Will not shop there again. Will recommend that friends avoid Muse. Lots of other options.

Went in to buy some stuff. The guy at the till waited until I was almost at the door and said "that's an interesting tip". Can't believe how entitled you'd have to be to do that. Don't think I need to come back, that's for sure.

I must like a cheap skate or something. Last 3 times I've gone the staff were agro. They can smell the no tippers. I ain't tipping for your overpriced weed in this overpriced city. Pay your staff better.
