I bought a disposable vape at the Kitsilano location, it died before all the oil was used so I brought it back (within the 14 day return period). The guy that was working pretty much said "too bad" eventhough I was within the 14 day return period, AND he told me it was a rechargeable vape. I said that no one said that when I bought it, and when I asked for the charger, he said they didnt have them. Fast forward, I go to multiple other cannabis stores, and they tell me it is 100% NOT a rechargeable vape! So not only did they NOT honour the 14 day return policy for a product that stopped working, they also made me waste my time visiting other stores just for them to tell me that he lied to me. This guy had the manager on the phone and everything, and they both decided it was better to lie about the product and send me off then to give me a replacement. Absolute trash service here, I would give 0 stars if I could!
