So, the first time I went to this shop it was a little weird, being a hole in the wall in an industrial-ish area, but the inside is so nice and welcoming and the staff are always so happy and helpful. I usually look at the "menu" online before I go in so I know what I want, but on the off chance they don't have what I'm looking for they have great backup suggestions. They're also usually pretty quiet in there so if you have questions to ask you won't feel like you're rushed or wasting other customers' time (which is something I get anxiety about, not sure about others.)
