Every time I come to this place, I'm reminded why I shop here. I love the layout, the way the screens give all the percentages for their products, prices, etc in a way that's super easy to read. Mostly though, I love the staff. The staff here remind me of the compassionate, big-hearted folks who ran the cannabis community pre-legalization. I never feel like I'm a burden or an annoying customer when I ask for more information or recommendations, and they always go above and beyond to find something that fits my budget while also being compatible with my medical conditions. I tried another shop recently and ended up walking straight here after because the contrast in customer service was so jolting! Even the people cleaning the floors and rugs were super friendly and kind? I don't know what this place's hiring procedures are, but they're doing it RIGHT. Thanks Coastal Green, for making me much much less wary of the regulated market!
