The Cottage itself has been a part of Penticton for over a hundred years! It was built in 1914 as a beautiful family home complete with hand fabricated hardwood features and a magnificent stone hearth. I love this store! Just a beautiful Craftsman style cottage with a wonderful, exotic laid-back vibe. Takes me back to my childhood in the '50s, visiting my Grandmother in Kitsilano.
Great service from Christy. Lots of choices, excellent prices, really knowledgeable and a treat to deal with. If you're in Penticton, go here first, chill out and enjoy the Okanagan in style.
Warm, friendly ambience and very helpful staff, especially Jeff who is very knowledgeable and just brought in organic raw papers for me (I didn't ask him to but he knew they are my preference). He also has ordered extra of my favourite product. Thank you!
Andrew was amazing! Super informative and friendly right from the start. He offered me a sales option right off the bat and somehow knew exactly what I was looking for, even though I gave him very little to go on. It's clear he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about the customer experience.
I already love Cannabis Cottage. It's my favourite place in Penticton. The atmosphere is beautiful, and I've never had a single negative experience with the staff. Every visit feels personal and positive.
Normally a very good place with extremely friendly staff, though one particular worker is quite unfriendly and unpleasant to say the least though and i had the displeasure of working with her today. Apparently one cannot share good news without being met with blatant disrespect, it's honestly amusing given the fact that I am in there every 2-3 days buying Ounce after ounce after ounce of top grade and even buying their most expensive bong at one point, other than that one subpar person the rest of the staff are AMAZING and the coolest with Jeff being my all time favorite there, dude has such an amazing personality and is the main reason I kept coming back

I also did a fun craft night last summer, am definitely going to do another one (or more) this year! It's so nice to be able to puff while you're having a fun night out!
