I was there yesterday and purchased the dryest weed ever!! It's dryer than a desert! As they were having issues with some dogs in the store, I just trusted the person in charge who sold me this, I didn't check the date on the package. This package has been on the shelves since Nov 2024. Four months later!! It should have been removed from the shelves already! It wasn't cheap either. Seriously! If you expect to be tipped, then make sure you make your clients happy by removing dry products off of your shelves. And I know, I can rehydrate it by putting a cap with water in a closed environment, but it's something I really dislike doing. Why should that be my job? In other words, I made a mistake by going there, instead of returning to the other places I normally shop. Live and learn! Not going back to this place. A waste of my precious money.
Sincerely, an unhappy customer! You can make it up to me by swapping it for something fresher, but you won't! 🙄 Prove me wrong!
I've undergo the most HORRENDOUS experience in my entire life! I WAS a loyal customer for many years and I have specific medical requests. A couple weeks ago I tried to order online to smooth pain, but their system has NEVER worked. So I went just to suffer the most dreadful attitude of a blondie (Linden) who treated me like garbage, not knowing Anything about strains or, most important, fundamental Respect, Courtesy and ended INSULTING me for NO reason when I decided to shop a product instead of other. I'll Never come back there!
This place seemed so cute and we loved all the decorations. The woman who helped us seemed so miserable and didn't really know about any of the products. I dislike walking into stores like these and not even having a chance to look around because I feel like I'm being watched like a hawk, and then it is followed up with unknowledgeable staff.
Staff are always nice here and I love the cozy vibe of this shop! Easy to be a loyal customer to them.
