I have not been here for year because it's weed quality and professionalism is an unbearable low so out of convenience I stopped at first Street today I bought an eighth worth $50 plus tax supposed to be a high THC percentage. I go home at night and I open the eighth. It is both already preground making it unable to check the quality of the weed, but it is unbearably old so dry. It's like oregano, which is a lack of care for the customer that is evident it shocks me that every time you purchase something here they ask for a tip i'll give you a tip for free hire employees that are not lazy and have no knowledge of thc
Stopped by once and immediately regretted it. Before I even got through the door, a girl with tattoos all over her face, clearly an employee, was sitting out front vaping and chatting with her coworkers. When I walked in, it felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, like they were more interested in hanging out than helping customers. The whole vibe made me turn around and leave without buying anything.
Lola is a very helpful and cute manager. We love her. Give her a raise tbh
Bad product. No refunds. Sold me a non functional cartridge. Was only outside the store for a few minutes before I came back in and they refused a refund. They blamed my battery. I stupidly bought another cartridge and a battery from them and it shorted in an hour. Still no refund. Low quality product for high prices. Buyer be warned. Go elsewhere. This is the only negative review I've ever posted online.
Love coming here, I've been coming for years and all the employees are very friendly and helpful. I choose to come here because I appreciate the customer service I get.
