This place is like a throwback to pre-legalisation days. When you go in there you somehow feel as if you are doing something sketchy. The staff attitude is weird and the product I purchased was quite obviously stale. This is what comes of handing out cannabis licenses to liquor stores. They figure if they can sell booze, they can sell weed, but it's a very different product with a very different set of customer expectations. There is a good reason they are rated so low. Do yourself a favour and go a few blocks east to Green Star to see how it should be done.

I've been going to first Cana since it opened. It is by far my favourite dispensary. They carry high end products, and the people that work there are educated and honest. Not to mention most of them are super cooL individuals! They treat Rudy like family 🐶 *** all the grown adults know the laws around cannabis? Why are we getting mad at the employees? It's a DISPENSE ARY KEY WORD. Dispense. *** grow up

i placed an order online for delivery and it said 30-45 minutes for delivery. iam very disappointed after waiting 4 and a half hours for my order and it still has not come. i called them every hour upon my order just to confirm they got it and i was told that the driver had "just left" every time. One of the worse dispensaries in vancouver. terrible service.

I will never go back to this dispensary. I visited for the first time yesterday and told the girl with the piercings and brown hair was rude (just like everyone else here says) and today when I opened my bag and tried what I bought it tasted absolutely horrible. I called and they said there is nothing they can do based on taste alone but that's crazy because this tastes worse than garbage. Don't shop here!!

This dispensary has issues with customer service and quality of products. Some of their carts taste fake and don't work. I would be wary of purchasing anything from this establishment.
