The ladies at urbn leaf hillside have been so helpful. They're able to help me find anything I am looking for and great at recommending things I may like. Always great customer service and always with a smile I will for sure be coming back
I come here everyday at night and Robyn and Kristen are always friendly! They are super knowledgeable and even today when I dropped my flashlight they even went above and beyond and fixed it! Keep those two employees!!!! Thanks again
First time coming into this place, was immediately helped and got what I needed, second time around, I got a hello, so I started looking what they had on the iPad available since the staff didn't seem talkative, couldn't find what I was looking for and was getting increasingly frustrated since the iPad had a delay or wasn't responding, so I left, all I heard was have a good night from the staff, I will give this place another shot
I always like coming to this store. Robyn is so helpful and is never shy to recommend something new. And our pup is always made welcome with treats and forgiveness when he happy pees.
We come to this location regularly specifically to see Robyn. Her customer service skills are excellent and has always answered all our questions in regards to any products we are curious about. She remembers what we like and is always willing to recommend something new that we might like. I will always come to Urban Leaf to see Robyn for our Cannabis needs
