I walked into the store and saw that the art and creativity has been taken away. I'm honestly baffled. It seems like an over night change. Everything on the board looks awful in my opinion. All the colour's mesh together and it just makes no sense to me. I thought this was a weed store not some "corporate" usual grocery store. It's like "minimalism" is the new trend I guess. Welp, I'm done shopping here. I came here because it had personality and easy to read boards. The only personality it has now is the graphiti which is hilarious if you think about it. No more cool drawings on the board but the graphiti look is considered OK? Makes no sense to me. Also, I asked about a specific product and they said they had it in the back but they didn't have it on the board for some reason. Just annoying at this point. Can't even tell what you sell anymore cause a lot of the stuff I enjoyed seems to be missing on the board but is magically in the back??

I was there recently and the guy behind the counter is so incredibly knowledgeable, and as a younger adult who doesn't go to a dispensary often, and therefore doesn't have an abundance of knowledge about it, he made me feel so welcome and explained everything to me very clearly!

First time going into this shop with my cousin, bad experience. I like to ask if they smoke the green, then i like to ask what was the last joint that made them feel amazing. The counter lady wasnt in the mood to chat, then sold me a john gee pre roll, We left the shop to remember why we went there, not ffor weed but a bong piece, so upon leaving the shop, we go back in the shop and theres a real big line up, thats fine. However because now were standing in the line, i hear about the membership from the back, i didnt get offered a membership. Infact she sees us at the back of the line and rushed us to the front. Dont like those benefits, i like to wait my turn. She rushed us like what do you need what do you need. Like how about your name? Some respect. Maybe a smile. Lets form a connection before i get your product. This rant be long. Honestly, i thought about leaving a review, if i come back to this store and i see her, im turning around. No wonder robots are replacing workers, robots dont have rude emotions for people they never met.
