I have been a long time customer of 3 years and had one bad experience with the customer service.
After coming in today I talked with them about the issue and was able to resolve the issue and they have always strive to go above and beyond and really felt that today. They really do care about there customers and I am glad I was able to provide some feedback today and felt heard.
Besides this, they have a large selection and have staff that has been around for a while that I really enjoy talking to, great manager, and really nice fresh faces as well. Will be returning often again.

This is my favorite dispensary by far. Im so glad theyre in the neighborhood. The owner Jeff and manager Jen always have solid recommendations! Their selection is great and theyre always willing to bring in something special if you ask :)
I've been to a lot of dispensaries, but this one stands out. Cannabis Revolution is easily the best cannabis shop in Edmonton. The staff are super friendly and know their stuff. I used to always buy the same strains because I was overwhelmed by the options but the staff here will actually take the time to break down the difference between THC, CBD, CBN, CBG stains and terpenes, and help me choose great products whether it's flower, pre-rolls, edibles, or vapes.
The selection is legit. Tons of high grade cannabis products, including locally grown craft flower, top-shelf indica and sativa strains, and some solid hybrids too. Prices are fair, the store's always clean, and the vibe is relaxed. Always playing great music too.
I had a chance to chat with the manager Jeff. I can tell he's passionate about the industry. He goes to cannabis conventions around the world and even gave me some insight on new products coming soon, which I appreciate.
I've been coming here for a while now. It's not the closest dispensary to me, but it's worth the drive. If you're looking for a cannabis dispensary in Edmonton, this is the spot.
