My favourite weed store in town. Wonderful customer service specially Miguel is very friendly and helpful. Always suggest me the best weed. I always love to shop from there.
So there was 3 of us walking by - all 18+, 2 of us went inside to buy carts, the other went down to the pharmacy. Miguel was running the shop that day, did a long scan of our ID's as per usual lol. I bought my cart, no issues although he didn't ask for my phone number afterwards for points lol and then when my friend went to buy hers, Miguel noticed that our friend was waiting outside by the tree and said that he needs to see his ID as well in order to sell to her. We asked him why when he's not even in the store, and he just said that he seen him with us and that he can't sell to us again until he sees his ID. Every interaction I've had with Miguel is an awful experience, he's so rude and whenever I walk in and see him, I just wanna walk back out
Excellent customer service. Better than police in checking my ID.
When asked to show my ID, I showed but the staff wanted to snatch it from my hand ( he said he wanted to feel it ) and this passed him up ,asking me to leave .
Amazing staff this company has.
Keep up the good work and keep sending back the customers .
BTW, there are much cooler shop and staff around the town .
Customer service is gone especially with the small man with glasses started. Use to be able to be recognized and chatted up by the employees. Customer service from the small man is terrible, if he's there I won't patronize this establishment
One of my favourite places to go to in town! The service at this store is highly personalized, with knowledgeable staff who help you select the perfect cannabis products. Shoutout to Devin for being especially kind and helpful. I highly recommend this store for their excellent selection of flowers at the best rates.
