The gentleman with grey hair is extremely rude. He didn't bother to say hello when my friends and I walked into the store. Seems a little backwards for someone in the service industry. Overall wouldn't go here again.
Louise helped me out on February 13th. I find this location inviting and very friendly. The recommendations I recieved were fantastic, and exactly the desired experience I described to the team.
Sold me wrong strain. Teller was fixated on explaining to me about the dosage regulations of Alberta ( which I am well aware of) so much that she did not listen to my specific request of a low dose INDICA edible. I suffer from adverse reactions to Sativa strain products and have even been hospitalized….i suggest the tellers be diligent on listening to customers request rather than themselves.
Btw there is published data on the sensitivity to sativa strains with a great paper from 2013 if anyone else suffers adverse reactions, I recommend reading into it.
Why is the staff always so confrontational about ID? The girl practically jumped down my throat the second I walked in tonight. I'm 45. Like seriously? If you really need to see ID for someone clearly in their 40's, ask for it when they go to make the purchase. Always puts me in a bad mood coming here.
Everytime I go in I get the same short girl who's absolutely wonderful super professional but still also very friendly and welcoming always ready to start of a conversation and make you feel at home she's super quick and always makes sure you're leaving eith everything you came in for even if you weren't thinking of it 10/5 stars wonderful service
