Since the new store manager came on the store has gone down hill. The big guy with the beard is one of the only things that keeps that place ok! The store manager has bad customer service and her product knowledge is very minimal. The store needs better management.

Was there a couple weeks ago. Chatted with the lady for a bit. Was shocked when the conversation turned to some pretty homophobic comments and opinions. Very disappointed and wouldn't go back and make sure my friends don't either. Maybe keep your opinions to yourself in a professional environment?

A very clean and classy store with a nice variety, including many kinds of pipes. Maybe not the wide selection that a larger store might have, but definitely a good range of stock to choose from. I was helped today by Tery who really took the time to listen and help me out. Staff in general seem very friendly and professional. Signed up on their computer system today because I'll definitely be back.
