There is a sign at their door that says "all animals are welcome" but the girl in the store had a bad reaction to my dog and she said: every time you come here,I am so scared and uncomfortable with your dog. (My dog is a little Pomeranian by the way!)

Extremely rude staff. Like actually rude. Kicked the door on the gummy cabinet shut. seriously forget this place. No gummies on display and they wouldn't show me the physical packages. they kept referring me to an iPad it was like slower then than the tortoise. I just walked out, going to beltline cannabis instead. The employees aren't lame. I wish I could give zero stars. Spirit leaf is a joke.

I used to exclusively go to this store. Sadly the former manager was moved to a different store a week or two ago. The new manager makes you feel like a number and seems to have no concern for customer retention. I have been getting a 10% discount for years, which the new manager will not honour, blaming it on "corporate". This is interesting since nothing changed until she took over. Isn't that convenient? When I mentioned I will take my business to Cana Cabana, her response was "okay bye!" with immense condescension in her voice. I have been visiting this store for about 5 years, at least 3 times per week. Due to the new manager's inability to provide customers with a good experience, I'm unlikely to return.

Absolutely amazing staff. I can not thank Elizabeth and Trev enough for everything they did for me. I came in on New Years Eve on my way to work. A guy had been harassing me for a few blocks and even came into the store when I did. After he left, I told the staff and asked if they could let me know when the guy had left. Elizabeth helped me out, and Trev stayed at the door while this guy kept trying to come back inside. They let me wait inside for an Uber and were genuinely so kind. I don't know what I would have done without them, and they made me an awesome recommendation to boot. Happy New Year, and thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
