I did have it as a five-star now I'm putting it down to three due to the fact that one of the employees was very rude to me I walked out of the store and told him I would take my business elsewhere. Then to find out a couple days later from my son that he was in there and had the same issue with the lady. I was a regular at the store and I have not been back since and I don't know if I will be.

My husband went into this shop recently to see if he could find something to help with my chronic pain. Now, he's been in previously to pick up smokeables for himself, and had up to that point liked the shop. Since picking something for my chronic pain isn't something he's done before he was hoping the available staff would be able to offer some guidance in product choice. We had decided ahead of time that since I struggle with smoking cannabis products that we wanted to try edibles. When he entered the shop he was rudely greeted by the employee, who continued to behave in a demeaning manner, treating him like he was stupid, and his sale wasn't worth her time. After some time he made a choice on the product, with zero help from her, and decided to just pay and get out of there. We definitely won't be back if we see her working that day, but would be happy to shop if a different employee is available. Just don't shop there on days she is working, and you'll be treated like a decent person, and will actually get help and advice from the other members of staff.
