Normally Numo usually pretty good and im sorry but this was kinda dumb. But after today I find it hard to give this buisness money. Bought a prj. Didn't pull, couldent even smoke it. Brought it back in to return and get something else but the owner apparently doesn't take returns for what is technically a defective product. Even offered to buy something more expensive, I work in Cannabis so I know you can take it back, don't tell your staff this lie about its "illegal to take it back" thats simply not true and a lie. What makes more sense anyway, taking back this $20 joint and have a customer come back and give you their buisness or not take back that $20 joint and lose over $200 a month in sales? Il be sure to send people to a store where they honor defective returns because not only are you a liar but a thief as well. Also I apologize to the staff I was upset , it feels bad to burn $20 then be told to basically eat sand. But thats not on you guys so sorry for that. And for what's it's worth you guys did a good job backing up your owners lies. Maybe go read up Cannabis rules.
Haven't actually gone in, but they've become my regular place to order from cause they do delivery! You order & pay online, & just need to have your credit card & ID on hand to confirm the order at the door. The delivery driver is always really kind. Prices are competitive, if not better than other stores. Stock is much better than other stores, they consistently have what I like :)
They have great service but some of their sale-rep can't remember daily customer.
I buy 2pack highway or Caly kush everyday between hours of 6pm and 8pm and i walk from home most time which is about 15min and i dont carry my wallet since i pay through phone but all sudden today the blonde red-hair lady asked me for ID and i didnt had with me since i buy everyday and they know me but not today and the other sale-rep short-hair lady which i got from yesterday was there and i said she know me i got from her yesterday but she didnt even respond its frustrating either ask ID everyday or have one of your sale-rep that can remember daily customer.

I ordered online from this store, and the staff at this location went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. The name on my ID is different than my chosen name, and they were very understanding when I needed to call to confirm. Secondly, there was a glitch with the website/app that caused my order to be delayed. They apologized repeatedly over the phone as well as in person, and also included a few small free gifts.
I will only be ordering from here from now on, so thank you very much 😊
