Went in this evening. I asked the cashier if was normal for them to come out from the counter and ask for IDs and look into purses while asking, the woman got super defensive and aggressive. I asked if she had a manager I could talk to and instead she said she was the manager and she owns to the store. Super unprofessional. Usually manager and store owners are apologetic. Horrible service. Ill continue to go twenty four karats on the Southside. The guys are super nice and chill.
I had a very disappointing experience today at 5pm. The staff was rude and each time I come to this location it's the same lady, she's unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. I was left waiting far longer than necessary with no communication or apology. When I finally did get assistance, it was rushed and careless. The overall environment felt disorganized and understaffed. I expected basic courtesy and efficiency, but this place failed on every level. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone.
Charged double twice now on my account for the same purchase.
I would suggest cash only.

Very Welcoming , Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff . Always a Good Deal to be had with a Wide Selection of Product . Also LOVE the LARGE Menu boards such a Treat to Find what you are looking for Easily and Do Not have to remember your glasses lol ....It is always so Neat and Easy to Read . Slightly more expensive compared to Canna Cabana when is comes to cannabis, and significantly more expensive for everything else. Staff were very uneducated about curing process and terpenes and told me that Good Supply is considered Triple AAA product (it's terrible A at best). They only list product that is old and needs to move. No proper kiosk or menu.
