Update 02/24: customer service is still top notch, so good I'm back to 5 stars!
Last review:
First off, everything about my original review stands, aside from the selection comment. Despite asking over and over, they won't stock certain products that they have sold in the past. I've been told by the staff at this location (and the others I'm now driving all over the city to in order to actually get what I'm after at), that they have moved to a central ordering system and that despite the managers at each location making requests based on their customers requests, that home office makes the final decision. Not a good look. Why not give the customers what they want? They seem to stock what I'm after at other locations, as I've now gone to 4 others, but I'm getting kinda sick of driving all over the city! I've sent emails too and still, nothing.

I wasn't sure about Value Buds when they took over this location from another cannabis shop as their hideous branding is a major turn off. BUT, as we all know, it's what's on the inside that matters, and these guys are absolutely fantastic!!! Their customer service is exceptional, Danni usually helps us and we adore her! I recently experienced a faulted product and their manager Taylor was so great to deal with and he very quickly made things right for me. Plus, their pricing is incredibly competitive and their selection is great!
