Used to be my favorite place until yesterday. I went with my daughter, who came in from out of town. I bought my stuff and when I went to see what she was buying, we were told 'we came together, so we could only get one ounce together '. 1. I have come with many friends and never been told that. 2. Id was shown, with the different addresses. 3. Now I have to go to a different value buds cause of one staffs stupidity.

Worst pot store experience ever. Customer service from the young girl was terrible, she should not work there. I hope the next time i come in i don't see her. She refused to sell me one ounce because my mother bought her own ounce. We went to the store together, we live in different cities, but she would not sell us separate ounces. I rate this location 0 stars, simply because of how rude and obnoxious the girl was. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I shop here frequently for the prices and for the friendly staff. They are lovely bunch of diverse people and I feel very welcome when I walk in the doors. however, today I misgendered a staff and I feel really bad about it so I wanted to comment here so that that staff knows that I am very apologetic as I am also trans and I know how it feels to be in misgendered. I didn't realize it till I walked out the door.
