Bad customer service and sell mediocre products for the most part. Won't be going back here. Their "top leaf" products are super trash and it's suppose to be top shelf.
Went to this location about a month ago, I got a recommendation from this nice lady with bun and glasses and all was fine until I came back into the store after purchasing my preroll.
I'm a bit new to smoking so I wasn't sure how to open the packaging. So on re-entering the store I was greeted by the same lady who helped me pick out this product which was nice but when I asked for assistance in opening the packaging her coworker with red hair, I think her name was karmen or karmella, starts stepping on my preroll! And when I asked her "are you seriously stepping on something I'm going to put in my mouth?!" she replies with "well are you going to put the plastic in your mouth?"
So rude and unprofessional and even her coworker that helped me earlier (bun and glasses) looked visibly shocked seeing what her coworker was doing.
I'm writing this review since everytime I've come into this store and seen karmen/karmella she's been rude and unkind. She acts inconvenienced everytime a customer would ask a question. She should be taught how to be more kind, respectful and professional towards customers.
Overall, I've had no issues with any of the other employees, Just the one who rudely stepped on my product that I paid for…
I went in today and the girl working with long braids sucked :( literally be nicer!! It could go a long way. Be better tomorrow thankfully that's what god blesses us with each day ❤️
The girl with the blonde hair working here has such terrible customer service. She looked miserable the minute I walked in and when I asked for a recommendation on edibles she just mumbled "how many are you looking for in a pack" and I said didn't matter and she's like well how many do you want and I said just 2. Then she pulled out edibles, didn't even say why she was recommending those specific ones. I wished her a good day and she just mumbled under her breath. I don't think I'm going to come back to this location because of her customer service. I get people have bad days but man..
Savannah offered exceptional customer service to me. Truly went well above and beyond. So appreciative of your time.
