I dont know how you can have a bad experience in a value buds lol. Customer service here has always been top notch. They know a fair amount and are always willing to help you find what you are looking for. Ive also never seen the pretty redhead budtender without a smile.... not once has she been rude in my experiences there

Edit: Sent an email to the address specified in the reply..... although you chose to address my original review a month after the incident, so most likely nothing will happen as a result. And more than likely you're just asking for more info for optics. So you can say you care and did something. (But if that was the case, you wouldn't have waited over a month to do so)
I would give zero stars. Worst customer service from rude lady Kylie tonight on shift evey different occasions she's been equally rude. Do not go here if you value customer service. ...
The lovely lady working on the evening of July 25th at Value Buds is a true gem. Her expertise, genuine passion, and recommendations were perfectly suited to enhance our Drumheller mini vacation.
Stopped for some hoodoo exploring in town and needed something to smoke. Jess was awesome, friendly and very helpful. The store was nice and clean, they have good prices and are pet friendly! Also you can recycle your old cartridges and weed bags at the drop box.
