Merry Christmas Eve eve, lovely service we experienced on Christmas Eve Eve. We went in for a Christmas gift (bong) for brother and they gifted us a really nice bong. π

I absolutely love this store! The ladies are so incredible helpful everytime I go in there. I have NEVER had any issues. 10/10 recommend each and every time!
Tried to make a purchase and was told that I was not allowed to buy what I wanted unless I purchase an elite membership even though the menu doesn't state that and was told I wasn't allowed to purchase it even at full price and not the membership price. Forcing customers to purchase memberships to get certain products when it's not advertised like that and not have a separate menu for elite memberships so people can tell the difference is absolutely ridiculous if not false advertising. No where in store or in the menu does it say that only certain things are allowed to be sold. Why even have a menu if you can't buy anything from it without paying a monthly fee. It should be told to people before they get to the till and waste time looking through the menu
Joel is excellent, my favourite bud tender. Very personable, knowledgeable and makes sure you leave happy. This location has excellent deals.. but mostly they should give this young man a raise. Thank you.
