Even with their high prices I used to get weed from this shop because I thought that their cartridges never fail. They didn't give me a receive for a cartridge that I got and I'm aware that you have to keep the receive for any changes, I got the ID with them and my shop is on their system so I thought it would be no problem if something happens with the cartridge, and I come often the employees have see me so many times. The same guy who gave me the cartridge and forgot to give me the receive is the one who told me that it can't be change without the ticket. Now I just trashed $54 bucks on a broke cartridge brand shred x
Product is good but I had a rather disturbing experience there. While attempting to pay for an eighth I saw an employee get thrown from the back room and into a display case. Immediately after that the manager emerged from the same room carrying a crescent wrench and proceeded to beat the living hell out of the worker without mercy as they screamed for someone to call the police. Panicked by the situation, I looked at the other employees who all seemed rather calm; eventually they noticed how freaked out I was and said "don't worry bruh, happens all the time, that'll be $21.50"...
$21.50 for 3.5 grams of weed? I love this store!
Guy with blonde dreads is rude, he will make you feel that you are not wanted in store and a burden to serve you. Feels like they expect tips even if you know what you are getting. Older white guy is the same and not motivated to give good service. He will even tell you he doesn't smoke anything in the store because he gets better elsewhere. I have been to this store over 20 times and it's the same experience every time. Store owner, get your employees in check.
Amazing service, great product selection. Staff helped to educate us on the minor cannabinoids in cannabis. Better than their competition.
