I can't say enough great things about Zushi and Anthony at Botany Dispensary! 🙌 Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Both are incredibly knowledgeable about the products and always take the time to answer my questions with genuine care and expertise. I sadly cannot recommend this store anymore, the staff are friendly and helpful but sadly the management cares very little about their customers or the quality of their product. I've been ripped off twice at this location. The first time they sold me a very expensive cartridge that was broken, they refused to replace it and didn't believe me that it didn't work. And just now I attempted to buy distillate joints, got home and opened them up to find they sold me the wrong product, while attempting to return it they said they can't cause it's been opened. The law prevents them from "exchanging". That is a fact but customer satisfaction isn't regulated. They just demand you take the hit for their mistakes because they don't care. There are many fine dispensaries in New Westminster but sadly this isn't one of them. Save you time, save your money and go to Maple Leaf Greenery down the street near Carnarvon. They have much better deals, a lot more product and when they make a mistake they actually rectify it. Literally any other store is better than this one.
