Staff is always super friendly. Prices are great, especially if you're a free member. I won't bother with any other shops. I'll always come back to this store.

I was very disappointed coming back from holidays that the books are gone though. One of the main reasons I chose this store over the many in close proximity was for the books and how they were organized.
Staff was awesome like always, but I went in tonight and all the menus were taken away?? Why?? In what world does that make sense?? I go to this location every week and liked how I could easily find what I wanted in the binder. In and out, easy peasy. Now I have to look at each individual item on a shelf, through the glass, with some bags with small print that I can't make out at all.
Like why would you take away the one thing that centralized all your product and streamlined it for your customer?? Now, it's annoying. Which means I'll probably now just go to another store that has a menu (which is all of them, because they're smart).
I absolutely love this store. I shop almost exclusively here. The staff are amazing and friendly, they're knowledgeable and I've never had a poor customer experience here.
But, I am disappointed that there are no more books for the menu. I don't care if it doesn't immediately update to reflect what's actually in stock. I liked the book menus.
I'll still shop there because of the staff, but I can't hide my disappointment.
Absolutely love this store and all the great staff who are always so nice and know their stuff! But, today, I went in and the binder with info on their available products is no longer available, I used this all the time and it's so much faster to use to look than the monitor/online. I prefer the binders, please bring them back!!
